How does ZIP code exclusivity work for insurance?

When you claim a ZIP code, you become the exclusive insurance partner for all buyers in that area. Any buyer who enters that ZIP and requests an insurance quote receives your estimate and, if they opt in, their lead is routed exclusively to you. No other agency receives that lead. You can claim up to 5 ZIP codes with your platform subscription.

What happens in ZIP codes no partner has claimed?

In uncovered ZIP codes, leads are routed to the active insurance partner offering the most competitive estimate for that buyer's vehicle and driving profile. This means you can still receive leads from buyers outside your claimed territory if your rates are competitive.

What information comes with each lead?

Every lead includes the buyer's name, email, phone, ZIP code, driving record, the specific vehicle they selected, listed price, and trade-in details. Full TCPA prior express written consent documentation is included with every lead.

How does billing work?

Your first 3 months are complimentary. Starting in month 4, you are billed $299.99 for platform access at the beginning of each month. Lead charges of $4.99 per lead are billed separately at the end of each month with a full itemized breakdown of every lead received.

Do I need to write policies in every state?

No. You specify which states and ZIP codes you serve, and CarCostCX only routes leads from those areas. If your agency is licensed in Indiana only, you will only receive leads from Indiana buyers.
